I have been told by many teachers in my life that if you want something, find someone who has that and ask them what they did to achieve that same goal. There are so many great people that have worked hard to pave the way so that the rest of us can learn from them and go forward living our best life.

We all face difficulty in life. These challenges come across our paths every day. I want to ask you to make this pledge to yourself, “Stop judging my challenges.” Whether you are going through a difficult time in your relationship, or finding yourself unemployed for the first time in your life, or you just got a flat tire, or you just don’t feel like going to the grocery store today, or you have nothing to wear to your high school reunion, all of these situations can seem like the end of the world if you allow your mind to go there. Sometimes a mindset shift is all you need.
