How I Accepted Hearing my Depression Diagnosis

The last couple of weeks have been quite a ride. This time, I have to say, it has not been fun. If i am being honest, it's been more like the last year, not just the last 2 weeks. Has anyone else not felt like their usual selves the last 11-12 months?
